We are inviting applications from teachers holding UK QTS/QTLS, OR with extensive UK curriculum based Maths teaching experience to work at this excellent SEND school which caters for pupils that have ASC & SEMH. This role will be appointed based both on the right person firstly (based on student-engagement ability), then on subject teaching expertise.
This is a permanent post to start from 1st September 2021 or sooner (anytime) for the right applicant, if the applicant is available sooner. The post is intended to run on a 12 week trial basis initially with a transfer to permanent contract after satisfactory completion.

The head has implemented a scheme of positive behaviour strategies, resulting in a massive reduction in student behaviour incidents, almost eliminating physical interventions and vastly improving staff attendance as a result. Applicants with Team Teach training may be at an advantage however free training will be provided for the successful applicant. This role will be run through Elementa Education. All candidates working through Elementa are expected to engage with their respective role as if employed permanently from the outset. You would be responsible for all aspects of planning, preparing & delivering lessons as well as assessment & attending any required meetings.
