The school has a strong staff team in place to ensure every child reaches beyond their potential. This role is term time only and may be suitable for someone looking to transition from working in the care sector. For the successful applicant there will very likely be a permanent job opportunity available from 1st September.

- Challenging behaviour experience
- Team Teach Level 2 trained (or similar 12 hour PBM training from a recognised provider)
- DBS on the update service (certificate available for 1st day, Adult and Child preferred, but Child only considered)
- Able to work the school hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
This role will be run through Elementa Education. All candidates working through Elementa are expected to engage with their respective role as if employed permanently from the outset. Elementa Education has a fair play policy, respecting the teacher main pay scale structure (where applicable) and only employ candidates on a PAYE basis (no umbrella companies or self-employed statuses.) All candidates will be eligible for free CPD training relevant to the nature of their Elementa contract role.
