Train To Teach

A large number of our partner schools provide Initial Teacher Training [ITT] via the School Direct route. Through bursaries, salaried and part funded routes there are a number of options aside from the traditional University route.

We also work with Schools who recruit graduates as Teaching Assistants and Learning Mentors, to provide experience and foundation ahead of completing the formal qualification. Training on site increases the chances of securing your first role after qualifying – many stay with their qualifying organisation.

Elementa are one of the very few School Support organisations who can support individuals in securing their training place and provide further training and support throughout the journey to becoming a qualified teacher.
