World Kindness Day 2020

Each year World Kindness Day is celebrated on 13th November. By celebrating and promoting good deeds and pledging acts of kindness, participants attempt to make the world a better place on this day.

The World Kindness Movement first launched the day in 1998. Currently, there are more than 28 nations involved in The World Kindness Movement, whose mission is to create a kinder world by inspiring individuals and nations towards greater kindness.

Kindness UK

Kindness UK, a not for profit organisation, coordinates Kindness Day UK which was launched on 13th November 2010. Since then the event has increased in popularity with schools, individuals, charities and businesses taking part.

Kindness UK believes that every day should be filled with kindness and its goal is to promote, share and unite on this basis.

If anybody wishes to take part in World Kindness Day or Kindness Day UK, they can pledge a good deed and also find a ride range of resources including ideas for random acts of kindness both large and small on the Kindness UK website www.kindnessuk.com .
