Alongside Elementa Support Services Ltd and Elmtree Learning Partnership Ltd, Elementa CIC supports the children, families and educators engaging with our projects. Through training, mentoring and family support the CIC is able to maximise the impact of the services offered by both businesses.With the cost of living increasing and the cost of operating education settings soaring, it is often staff training and additional family support that are reduced or removed. Elementa Community Support CIC raises funds to subsidise training and support packages, provide bespoke to families in need, and help children in crisis.Through fundraising, grant applications and support from generous local businesses we endeavour to do all we can to help children thrive and succeed, and their significant adults have the tools to guide and mentor their young people.
