Candidate Attraction

Our Team attends open days, run webinars, and has a large online representation - Allowing our school partners to have the presence and deliver of an experienced recruiter, without the time and financial investment required achieve the same outcome. We have a constant turn over of candidates, with most of them being taken onto long-term school contracts after being placed by us.

Agreement

Our partnership agreements provide highly cost-effective use of government funding. Maximising the benefit to your school. All vacancies are advertised for FREE with no charge to the school until the perfect candidate begins the post. Elementa covers all of the on-costs including Pension, National Insurance & payroll administration fees for the entirety of the post. We operate a twelve week temporary to a permanent contract for all of our candidates, after these 12 weeks the candidate is free to the school.

FairPay Policy

We offer a FairPay policy, whereby all of our candidates are paid to scale, taking into account the individual's strengths and experience. We have a strong working relationship with all of our candidates, offering additional training opportunities and constant support with any questions, queries, or concerns they may have.
