Sometimes, whether owing to long-term illness, or a change in circumstances we are asked to help headteachers at the very last minute… such as when an alarmed headteacher called us on 28th August requesting 2 Science teachers… for an immediate start!
After a deep breath, we sourced, vetted & interviewed the candidates before the two teachers commenced work on 4th September.
Result: a happy and relieved Headteacher!
