With the return to fully open, schools are facing staffing challenges – we are here to help! This announcement is exciting but as with everything attempting to return back to normality, will come with some added struggles. If a member of your teaching or support staff is shielding, we have staff available and looking for work all over the South West.
An increase in challenging behaviour is likely to impact children returning to a normal learning routine – To support this, we are running remote CPD training sessions to continue staff development. On-site (Covid Secure) training & consultancy is also available.
