The Elementa team had a great day at the Careers in Teaching event at the University of Exeter last Wednesday.
We enjoyed lots of engaging conversations with those looking to become the teachers of tomorrow as well as with University staff.
Sarah from Elementa offers talks and guidance for soon-to-be teachers, helping and supporting them to secure their first role. Often, those looking to become teachers are not clear on the various pathways available to them. During the event, several students were really pleased after being helped to clearly see the different routes open to them, allowing them to make an informed choice as to which route would be best for them personally.
