On Monday 20th May there is a Graduate Open Evening offering advice and information about school based teacher training at The Priory Learning Trust.

Elementa is proud to support The Priory Learning Trust, and we have invited a number of graduates to attend.

Those training within The Priory Learning Trust’s schools will have access to over 200 teachers and 5000 students to help you learn and gain experience as you train.

The Priory Learning Trust are a forward-thinking provider with an excellent record in training outstanding teachers and enabling them to secure great employment. Of the trainees who qualified with The Priory Learning Trust in the summer of 2018, all of them have been employed in schools within the Trust.

The course will last for an academic year and will result in you gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

You will need a degree (2:2 or higher) and a good educational background, but more important is the type of person you are.

Elementa are the only provider that offer Team Teach and Safeguarding training as part of your teacher training. We work with schools and trusts to place graduates onto paid teacher training courses where you will be supported by experienced teachers. Your school-based training will be a mixture of practical learning as well as theory. As you work within the school, you will be supported by mentors as you assist in classes and even take your own.

If you would like to attend the Graduate Open Evening, or would like to learn more about becoming a teacher, please contact us on 0117 325 9523 or email hello@elementa.org.uk .
