Elementa are the only provider that offer Team Teach and Safeguarding training as part of your teacher training. We work with schools and trusts across the South of England to place graduates onto paid teacher training courses where you will be supported by experienced teachers. Your school-based training will be a mixture of practical learning as well as theory. As you work within the school, you will be supported by mentors as you assist in classes and even take your own.
