Sarah Morrison, founder of Elementa is now certified as a Fellow (FIRP) of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Being certified as a Fellow recognises over 10 years’ membership of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Sarah Morrison said: “I have always maintained my REC membership as I believe it is important to show my level of experience and be recognised for adhering to the professional code of conduct. Being a Fellow (FIRP) also gives schools confidence that they are working with someone who is professionally accredited and recognised.”
