The Elementa team enjoyed a great day getting involved with the Education & Teaching Fair at the University of Gloucestershire last Tuesday.
We enjoyed lots of engaging conversations with those looking to become the teachers of tomorrow as well as with members of the University staff.
Elementa offers talks and guidance for soon-to-be teachers, helping and supporting them to secure their first role. In our experience, often those looking to become teachers are not clear on the various pathways available to them. During the course of the event, several students were really pleased after being helped to clearly see the different routes open to them, allowing them to make an informed choice as to which route would be best for them personally.
The day had been extremely well planned and was enthusiastically attended by many NQTs. We were really excited to hear from attendees looking to get into teaching, many of whom shared with us how much they had enjoyed the Education & Teaching Fair at the University of Gloucestershire.
